You are getting a lot of results with the No Campaign tag in Advanced Analytics.

In Advanced Analytics, when searching by Campaign Tag, you can see a lot of hits from candidate with the tag "No Campaign".

Even though you might put campaign tags in most of the URLs, you are using to post the job offers on different sites, it is always possible for a candidate to end up visiting the job requisition without using those URLs.

For example, a candidate could have saved the career site in their browser and go back directly to the site using those bookmarks.

Or they can receive a job alert by email.

Or by using a search engine which directs directly to the career site.

This is an expected behavior. We can try as much as possible to have URLs with Tag campaign directing the users to the job requisition.

There is always going to be candidates with No campaign tags because of the way they reach the job requisition.
