2913550 - Stuck queue in SMQ2 with error message "Requested partner change cannot be made (error 6) - VL402"

Symptom

An inbound queue is blocked in transaction SMQ2 with the following error message:

Requested partner change cannot be made (error 6)
Message no. VL402

  • The partner number in the queue container is different from that in the ERP delivery.
  • The partner number in the ERP delivery is the same as that in EWM delivery.
