1. In a Performance Management domain/360 Multi-Rater Subject domain adhoc report, go to Columns tab and click on 'Goals' or 'Competencies' from the list.

2. Select the following fields/columns for each:

Behavior Custom Field ID 
Behavior Custom Field Name
Behavior Custom Field Value

Goal/Objective Custom Field ID
