Symptom

  • Try to shutdown RMA from command line and it shows 'RMA is shutdown':

    TASKNAME TYPE VALUE
    ---------- ---------- ----------
    Shutdown Task Name Shutdown
    Shutdown Task State Completed

    Windows Services (RMA instance) still shows running status.
