2913670 - Too many results with No Location tag in Advanced Analytics - Recruiting Marketing

We are getting a lot of results with the No Location tag in Advanced Analytics.

In Advanced Analytics, by changing the criteria of the analytics to a location field like Job Country or Job City, you can see a lot of entries with the No Location tag.

This is an expected behavior, especially for Visit and Subscribe.

The Location information in Advanced Analytics is always based on the location of the job requisition that the candidates is applying for or directed to.

So, if a candidate visits the career site with the URL of the home page or other page, that is not a job requisition, and if he creates a profile from any of those pages by clicking on "View Profile", he/she will be counted as a Visit and a Subscriber with "No location" because no job requisition was connected to this user.

If there are some No Location for the "Apply Starts" Column, it means that the system in RMK that process the location information, wasn't able to find the real location.

For the Visit and Subscriber, there is no solution for those behaviors since it's expected.

As for the "Apply Starts" the best way to resolve this issue is to make sure that the mapping between RCM and RMK follows the Job Location Best Practices instructions (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2305869).
