2913729 - How to Add an E-Mail with the Recipient Type CC or BCC to the E-Mail Output of a Document

Symptom

You would like to

add an additional E-Mail Address e.g. of the Employee Responsible to the Output of a document e.g. a Sales Orders  with the Recipient Type CC.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Cause

You can add an E-Mail Address with the recipient types To, Cc or Bcc for a business document in the Account Master Data if the output channel is e-mail.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Account Management work center. 
  2. Select the Accounts view. 
  3. Open the respective Account.
  4. Go to the Communication tab and the Collaboration sub tab.
  5. Select the respective Business Document e.g. Sales Order Confirmation.
  6. If the Output Channel column select E-Mail you see the E-Mail Setting section will appear. 
  7. Here you can Add an E-Mail Address and define the Recipient Type e.g. Cc, To or Bcc.
