Symptom
You would like to add an additional E-Mail Address to the output E-mail of a document as CC or BCC.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Cause
There are 2 ways to setup new e-mail addresses as To, Cc or Bcc for a business document:

By editing the output settings of the document and manually adding the E-mail addresses.

By inserting the E-mail addresses in the recipient business partner communication settings.
Resolution
For the first option of inserting the addresses manually for a single document, follow the steps below (in these steps, we will take as an example a Sales Order document):
- Go to the Sales Orders work center.
- Enter the Sales Orders view.
- Search and open the concerned document.
- Click on the View All button.
- Click on You Can Also.
- Click on Edit Output Settings.
Here you will be able to insert new recipient e-mail address for this particular document.
For the second option of setting up additional recipient addresses on the business partner level, which ensures that all documents sent to a particular business partner will also be sent to the desired additional e-mails, follow the steps below (in these steps, we will take as an example an Account):
- Go to the Account Management work center.
- View: Accounts.
- Search and open the Account ABC (ABC represents Account ID).
- Navigate to the Communication tab.
- Select the Collaboration sub tab.
- Select the respective Business Document for which the output rule is being set up (for example, Sales Order Confirmation).
- Ensure that in the below section, Output Channel Settings, the channel is selected as E-mail.
- A new table will appear below, where you can add an E-Mail address and define the recipient Type, such as Cc or Bcc.
