2913829 - SYNTAX_ERROR: type CWB_PROC is unknown

When accessing transaction SNOTE or performing any activities involving SAP Notes, the following dump appears:

The current ABAP program "SCWN_ENTRY_TREE" had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
The following syntax error occurred in program "SAPLSCWN " in include "LSCWNU32" in
line 109:
"Type "CWB_PROC" is unknown"

Note: the programs mentioned in the dump may vary depending on which action was being executed before reaching the error state.

The solution described in this KBA is applicable for all the missing types mentioned in the Keywords section.
