2913880 - Issue in paperwork Step- Picklist values not appearing

Picklist value not appearing for Personal Paperwork step for canddiate.

SAP sucessfactors Onboarding 2.0

Login as candidate and try to complete personal paperwork step.

Notice that the picklist fields are coming with null dropdown and hence unable to submit for the candidate.

For External user role  the locale is different than the one supported for the picklist in the picklist centre..Hence the picklist value are showing as null as no translation exists in the Picklist center for the mapped Picklist.

Solution 1:
External user should use language as

Bahasa Melayu ‎(Malay)‎
English Debug
English UK ‎(English UK)‎

Solution 2:
Add your given locale for the role to supported locale and also add translation for mapped picklist in that language.
