2913882 - Component GRCPIERP is undecided in SUM phase PREP_EXTENSION/IS_SELECT when upgrading S/4HANA from 1610 to 1909

When upgrading S/4HANA from 1610 to 1909, SUM stops in phase PREP_EXTENSION/IS_SELECT with component GRCPIERP in status undecided. Following message can be found in "SAPupConsole.log".

According to KBA 2214409, GRCPIERP V1200_S4 is compatible with SAP S/4HANA 1909.

Following packages have been downloaded manually and extracted to "<DIR_TRANS>/EPS/in". Repeat the phase with option "Upgrade the add-on using SAINT package", but issue persists.
