Symptom

When enabling Note Assistant for Digitally Signed SAP Notes, RFC "SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL" and "SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD" have been created, but the connection test fails with error "HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED". You have checked that the HTTPS service has been activated according to KBA 1888596. However, issue persists.
