2914093 - Internal Note Not Carried From Account Master to Sales Documents

You have maintained multiple internal notes in the Account Master. However, only the latest one is copied.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Go to the Sales Order view.
3. Search for Sales Order XYZ. (XYZ refers to the ID)
4. Click on Edit and View All.                                                                                                                                     

In the General tab, under Notes, only 1 note is shown, while multiple are maintained in the Account Master.

Only the latest memo will be carried over to the Sales Document, as this is a text field. The history of notes, is not supported here like in the Account Master.

This is the current system behavior. However, you can enter the required notes manually in the document.
