2914189 - SQL Error 42111 or blank page happens when creating story based on BW import connection.

When creating story based on BW import connection, the below error happens or blank page:

Caught exception : exception 42111: SQL Error : search table error: [9] Memory allocation failed

SAP Analytic Cloud 

1. Create Model A and Model B based on BW imported connection.
2. Create Story S_A based on and create Story S_B based on Model B
3. Create Story S_C based on S_A and link to Model B.
4. In linked dimension, choose two dimensions to link.
5. Add columns to this story the the error will happens or blank page:
   Caught exception : exception 42111: SQL Error : search table error: [9] Memory allocation failed

This issue can be caused by the blending subqueries which are generated when linking models.  If the subqueries are too large to be handled then the error above can occur.

Some suggestions to resolve this issue:

1. Currently the default link is on description.  Change that to ID so that only truly matching rows from the two models are returned.  Leaving the link as default can cause a significant amount of extra processing to be required.
2. Select the minimum set from each model needed to be displayed in the story/ widget.  Only choose the minimum fields, records needed.
