2914205 - (GOS) DMS Documents Vendor and Customer options visibility in change mode

Symptom

In transaction BP with Vendor role selected, the option "Vendor" in menu "Extras -> DMS Documents -> Vendor" is greyed out when in Change/Create mode. It is available only in Display mode.

In transaction BP with Customer role selected, the option "Customer " in menu "Extras -> DMS Documents -> Customer " is greyed out when in Change/Create mode. It is available only in Display mode.
