2914209 - Budget availability control is on semantic tag level, not on account level

Symptom

You planned budget for WBS element XXXX with below 2 accounts:

Account	Amount
41000000	3000
41000001	2000

If you post PO/PR with 3000 for account 41000001, there will be no error.

Reproducing the Issue

Plan budget
Post PO/PR

Cause

Budget availability control is on semantic tag level, not on account level. It means that if you plan costs on several accounts in SSCUI 102413 or 102781 for the relevant semantic tag, system will not control the budget according to each of the accounts. System will calculate the budgets collectively for every accounts in the semantic tag and take that as total budget.

Resolution

It's not possible to control the budget on account level.
