2914232 - Difference in the Currency Format Display due to Java Locale Provider Changes

Symptom

The currency format is different after upgrading to SAP Commerce 1905 or higher versions.

For example, if using locale "es", 

  • the currency displays in 1905 and higher versions: 10.00$;
  • the currency displays in 1811 and previous versions: $10.00
