2914410 - In BI Workspaces, Viewer module titles are incorrectly URL-encoded

• In any BI Workspace, Viewer module titles contain URL encoding in place of certain special characters
• For example, a title Test! is instead displayed as Test%21
• This issue occurs for any of a number of special characters, including  ! @ # $ % ¨ & * ( ) _` { } [ ]  as well as letters which are not part of the English alphabet, and also spaces

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform, Patch 5.11 / Patch 7.3 and newer
• This issue did not occur in earlier versions of BI 4.2
• all operating systems (Windows / Linux / Unix)
