2914413 - SUM - Initial phase MOD_SELROADMAP/SELECT_ROADMAP fails - 'R3load' failed with 12

Symptom

  • SUM throws the following error in initial stage MOD_SELROADMAP/SELECT_ROADMAP when the udpate process in being started in web browser.

  • The error messages below are found in the log file <SUM Directory>/abap/log/SAPLICENSE.OUT.
