Only sponsored jobs can be posted on Indeed in Recruiting Posting (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2662591).

The publication of jobs is managed by Indeed and will depend on the agreed budget.

Please note that as the publication of sponsored jobs depends on different conditions (attractiveness, required audience, job content, allocated budget), your job will be probably published only during certain periods of the day.
