How to show the Middle Name of a contact in the Contact OWL.

You have the requirement for the Middle Name of contacts to be showing in the Contact OWL.

With the upcoming release C4C 2005 we have added the field “Business Partner Name” to the Contacts OWL List.

The field is a link that can be used for navigation and contains the Formatted name, so for example “First Name Middle Name Last Name”.

You can now choose if you want to use the Name field “Last Name, First Name” or the Business Partner Name field “First Name Middle Name Last Name”.
