2914660 - Unable to assign User ID in Maintain Employee app

After creating a new employee using Maintain Employee app, in display details, User ID information is not assigned.

When trying to use Assign User and Copy User User Data to Employee fields buttons, the following message is popup when saving it:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
