2915012 - Document flow update still occurs despite disabling feature "Update document flow" at item level (V_TVCPAAP-UPFLU)

Customer has a requirement to create a quotation with reference to another quotation, and have the document flow of the quotation not updated.

Unlike the case of a standard create with reference scenario where the documents are linked, in this case there is no relationship between the documents. The first document is just acting like a template for the remaining documents, to save time during order entry.

The update of document flow feature is disabled (V_TVCPAAP-UPFLU) at the line item level, but it has no effect to header level document flow update.
