2915103 - Candidates tasks are appearing on responsible users's homepage but Onboarding Dashboard is empty - Onboarding

• Onboarding Dashboard is empty. No candidate appears on Onboarding Dashboard.
• Error appears on onboarding dashboard: 
  • Invalid property names: FOEventReason/nameTranslationNav. Please check the property name in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary or entity metadata. Ensure there were no data model changes that removed this field, and please execute a refresh metadata to ensure the cache is not corrupted.
  • Invalid property names: FOLocation/nameTranslationNav. Please check the property name in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary or entity metadata. Ensure there were no data model changes that removed this field, and please execute a refresh metadata to ensure the cache is not corrupted.

• Error can happen once accessing tasks in Onboarding Dashboard or by "Add new recruit to Onboarding" as "Unable to insert data due a server error. Please try again." once checking the Dev Tools.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to "Onboarding Dashboard" or "Add New Recruit to Onboarding"
2. If in Dashboard: Click in any new hire activity,
3. The error message will appear.

1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
2. No candidate appears on Onboarding Dashboard.
3. The error message is in Dev tool

The translation of Employee Central Foundation Objects is not enabled in provisioning.

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Enable the option Enable Translation of Employee Central Foundation Objects and Include Job Classification Foundation Object Translation
3. Wait for 30 minutes and test again.
