Symptom
- While Trying to Cancel the Process and there is no Cancellation Reason Listed from the drop down.
- Cancellation Reason dropdown missing or empty during onboarding cancellation (no options available).
- Unable to select a Cancellation Reason even when the dropdown is visible/enabled.
- Incomplete or incorrect options: limited/inappropriate reasons or wrong event reason displayed, resulting in inaccurate reporting.
- Configuration/setup gaps: cancellation/event reasons not created, associated, or mapped correctly for onboarding, leading to missing values.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Onboarding dashboard and open the activity.
- Try to Cancel the Process and there is no Cancellation Reason Listed here.
Cause
- After the 1H 2020 Release, it is mandatory to Configure No Show Event to get the Cancellation Reason.
Resolution
To provide the event reason that are associated with the No Show event, you must perform the following actions:
1) Configuring No-Show Event
Add a No-Show picklist value to the event for configuring the event reason for triggering the No-Show.
Add a No-Show picklist value to the event for configuring the event reason for triggering the No-Show.
2) Configuring the Employee Status
Add a Report No-Show picklist to the employee-status for configuring the event reason for triggering the No-Show.
3) Configuring the Event Reason
Configure the event reason that is to be associated with the No Show event. All event reasons to be configured in Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures.
NOTE: Ensure that the Translation is added to all the picklist values and event reason label.
