2915350 - Cannot Change Tax Code In Migrated Sales Orders

You have migrated sales orders and cannot change the tax code for the line items.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Migrated a sales order with tax code ABC (ABC represents the tax code ID).
2. Open migrated sales order.
3. Navigate to the Items tab.
4. For line item 10 change the Tax code from ABC to another tax code.
5. Tax code is reset to ABC.

Changing tax codes is not supported for migrated sales order.

• Make sure to migrate sales order items with the correct tax codes.
• Not released sales orders can be deleted.
• Released sales orders can be canceled.
