Symptom
- Unable to "Sign In" to the ECF CommunicationPanel using Chrome, but also in other supported browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera)
- UI stays trying to load...
- Error in connecting to server
- Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
- In Console appears one or several messages like the following ones:
- Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
- "ECFSRealTimeClient.js?eval:1 Uncaught Error: ECFSRealTimeClient: 'config.cctrUrl' is 'undefined' or 'null'"
- 4430/ecf/latest/component-preload.js:1
- Issue does not happen with ecfliveactivity, dporeport, etc...
