Symptom
You run report RPLSOLJ3 to delimit infotype 0140 records for employment insurance (subtype 4) to replace the exempted SIIID (2/6/A/C) since 2020/04/01.
Report RPLSOLJ3 does not change the value of Acquire/Lost Status(EALID) to 4 (ID Change). This is because the abolition of exempted SIID as of 2020/04/01 is different from the traditional 'ID Change' for employees. In order to minimize the impact to the existing IT0140 data, report RPLSOLJ3 does not change the Acquire/Lost Status during replacing old exempted records. That means the value of Acquire/Lost Status keeps unchanged between the old exempted record and the new non-exempted record.
Based on this design, there are 2 problems in generating Acquisition Form and Loss Form data from report RPCUEMJ0.
- Old age insurant who got newly acquired before 2020/04/01 with initial exempted SIIID (2/6/A/C).
Report RPLSOLJ3 creates a new IT0140 record with 'Acquire' Status since 2020/04/01. Then report RPCUEMJ0 generates an Acquisition Form on 2020/04/01 for this employee. - Old age employees who got lost from employment insurance before 2020/04/01 with exempted SIIID (2/6/A/C).
Report RPLSOLJ3 creates a new IT0140 record with 'Lost' Status since 2020/04/01, Then report RPCUEMJ0 generates a Loss Form on 2020/04/01 for this employee.
