In Ad Hoc go to:

1. Table Report
2. Select domain Career Worksheet Targeted Roles
3. Select template and required columns
4. Result: employees current role is included in the report

This is the current system behavior. Ad Hoc will pull employee's current role along with the Targeted Roles into Ad Hoc reporting.

If having the option to filter out current roles from the report is important for your business needs, please make the suggestion on the Customer Influence page. 

• Note: The Career Worksheet Targeted Roles Ad Hoc report does not pull in the role readiness percentage. This can only be viewed in the Career Worksheet. 
• For reporting on data from the Role Readiness form, please use the Performance Management domain in Ad Hoc.
