Symptom
- A "cppcf.authentication.<datacenter>.hana.ondemand.com refused to connect" error is displayed when opening applications on the Central Fiori Launchpad (Cloud Portal service on Cloud Foundry)
or directly an "Internal Server Error"
- Checking the network traces, it is possible to see a 500 Internal Server Error to https://cppcf.authentication.<datacenter>.hana.ondemand.com/<path> or https://<subdomain>.<runtime destination>.launchpad.cfapps.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/path
- The below errors are also displayed on the console:
- Refused to display 'https://cppcf.authentication.<datacenter>.hana.ondemand.com/...' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.
- Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://cppcf-sapdelim-<destination>.cpp.cfapps.<datacenter>.hana.ondemand.com') does not match the recipient window's origin ('null').

GET https://<subdomain>.<runtime destination>.launchpad.cfapps.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/path 500 (Internal Server Error)
- Checking the HTTP trace in HttpWatch Studio you will find the net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE.
