2916297 - Runtime Error / Dump while creating BP

• Unable to create Business Partner due to system dump
• System dumps with following info which can be checked via ST22:
  
  Runtime Errors CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND
  Except. CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FUNC
  ABAP Program SAPLBUSS
  Application Component AP-MD-BP 
  
  Function module "SEM_SRM_EVENT_AUTH1" not found.
  
  An exception has occurred in class "CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FUNC". This
  exception was not caught in procedure "EVENT_AUTH1" "(FORM)" or
  propagated by a RAISING clause.
  

  An attempt was made to execute the statement CALL FUNCTION in the
  program "SAPLBUSS". The name of the function module to be called is
  "SEM_SRM_EVENT_AUTH1".

  No function module can be found named "SEM_SRM_EVENT_AUTH1" however. All
  function modules are listed in Function Library (SE37).
