Symptom
When you execute a Planning Sequence and save data or enter data in a Planning Query and Recalculate or Save data, you get a short dump or error messages.
There are different kinds of exact errors. Common errors are like:
1. Error message: PE error 2.048: column store error: alterPlanningSession error: [38001] ;Session 'tttttttttttttt_ttttttt' not valid.
2. Short dump:

In SM21, you find system log: (This is very important as it helps to identify the exact problem location.)
