Symptom

Error "???EMPFILE_HRIS_ATTACHMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED_FOR_NEW_USER???" when importing Consolidated Dependents with attachment-id
Error "Internal System error encountered while importing record" when importing Consolidated Dependents with attachment-id

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Employee Data Imports
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Dependents Management

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Admin Center and search for Import Employee Data.
Select "Import Data" and select entity "Consolidated Dependents".
Upload a Consolidated Dependents Import File with an attachment-id > click "Import".
Go to Monitor Job and download Job Response.

Expected Result: Import should be successful without errors.
Actual Result: "Internal System error encountered while importing record" or "???EMPFILE_HRIS_ATTACHMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED_FOR_NEW_USER???"

Cause

This is a code defect.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in b2005 Release. Kindly check the KBA below for the Release Schedule:
