2916822 - MD61 PIR integration does not consider planning version Product View

Symptom

When you create or edit a planned independent requirement (PIR) in MD61 or MD62, the planning version from ECC is not considered in APO/Advanced Planning product view (/SAPAPO/RRP3) side, and the PIRs quantities are combined to the active planning version (000).
