You need to set the Inspection check when using Third-Party Integration for Inventory Notification. However, in the documentation the Inspection Indicator is missing.

Resolution
You can set the Inspection Indicator using the InventoryStockStatusCode. It can have the value 1 (for Inspection checked) or do not enter the tag InventoryStockStatusCode.
In case you need to set the Inspection, you can use the tag below:
<InventoryStockStatusCode>1</InventoryStockStatusCode>
