2916870 - Performance Form Custom Section not editable

A form has been created with a custom section and custom element "text" or "textarea" to provide comments and the write permissions have been properly granted, however, in a certain step of the route map it is not possible to edit the custom fields.

This scenario is related to the route map configuration, the step that the issue is faced is not set to "Full Edit" but to "Comments Only", this means that only the standard Comment Fields will be editable in this step.

The Solution is to set the steps to full edit when the form is using custom elements that need to be edited in all steps, and restrict the fields that should be read only through the field permissions.

A workaround for live forms is to use the Modify Form Route Map tool and change the affected step to Full Edit mode, however, the field permissions need to be considered, because in full edit, if a rating field has write permission, it will also be possible to edit this in the full edit mode.
