2916895 - Job profile title stores less Chinese/Japanese characters than English

Job profile title can store 100 English characters but only 33 Chinese/Japanese characters.

1. Go to Manage Job Profiles and edit a job profile

2. Try to add more than 33 Chinese characters (in the following case it's 34 characters) --> it shows an error: Field [Name] in US English is exceeding its max length

3. Try to add more than 33 English charaters in jo profile title --> no error is shown

In Configure Object Definition, the maximun length of the job profile title is 100

One Chinese/Japanese character will be considered as 3 English characters. This is an expected behavior.
