• Accessing the Launch Forms tool from the Admin Center or Tool Search
• Launching Performance Management, 360 Multi-Rater, or Compensation forms 

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

This error is typically received when the standard element "division" missing from the data model.

• The missing element will need to be added to the data model as in the example below.
