2916934 - Hierarchy extractor: Data element xxx of InfoObject yyy is not unique in CO-PA

Symptom

The extraction of CO-PA hierarchy Datasource (e.g. 0_CO_PA_HIER_0COUNTRY) fails due to the following error which can be seen the job log:

Error while extracting data: DataSource 0_CO_PA_HIER_0COUNTRY, package 000000     RODPS_SAPI 009
Data element LAND1_GP of InfoObject 0COUNTRY is not unique in CO-PA                       RD 653  
Exception occurred in line 282 of include CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_CURSOR====CM009 (program CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_CURSOR====CP)

If testing the Datasource by report RSA1HACT, a different error occurs:

Error when calling function RKE_BIW_HIERARCHY_CATALOG for the hier. catalog in source system
