2917047 - ASE Cockpit: Various monitoring screen hits error JZ0R2 No result set for this query - SAP ASE

• Installation of ASE Cockpit is successful
• ASE Cockpit monitor overview gives error "JZ0R2 No result set for this query"
• ASE Cockpit repository.log shows many errors like :

SQL Error: 0, SQLState: null
Couldn't perform the operation prepareStatement: You can't perform any operations on this connection. It has been automatically closed by Proxool for some reason (see logs).
SQL Error: 0, SQLState: null
Couldn't perform the operation getAutoCommit: You can't perform any operations on this connection. It has been automatically closed by Proxool for some reason (see logs).
Fail to find objects by criterions

followed by  java exceptions :

org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not inspect JDBC autocommit mode

• there is no error reported in the ASE log  
• a sybdiag was also reporting error JZ0R2 on various reports:

Collecting data for "Server License" (ase_license) ...
Failed data collection for "Server License" (ase_license).
14005 - Executing Query Error: Error occurred while executing the SQL query statement "select * from master..monLicense". The message returned was "JZ0R2: No result set for this query."

• A simple isql command like 

1> select * from master..monLicense
2> go

would not return anything, including the column headers.
