Resolution
At the moment the correspondence portlet is not configurable. Status-triggered emails which are sent to candidates are displayed in the Application Correspondence portlet. You cannot track status-triggered emails sent to other operators in the Correspondence portlet.
It is designed to show the email subject and not the template name of the email.
