2917097 - The options to enable IAS in Upgrade Center are not showing

• You cannot see the option "Initiate SuccessFactors SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service Integration" in Upgrade Center
• You cannot see the option "Activate SuccessFactors SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service Integration" in Upgrade Center

 SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. From Admin Center, go to the Upgrade Center
2. Note that the below options to create and enable IAS are not available
1. Initiate SuccessFactors SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service Integration
2. Activate SuccessFactors SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service Integration
3. Check for recent completed upgrades and they are also not there
4. Check View Saved for Later Items in upgrade center and also not there

Your instance might have a limitation which is not supported with IAS and hence the upgrade is not available.
