How to check which values were sent from RCM to Onboarding?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

In order to search which values were sent from RCM to ONB, a few details are required:

1. • Candidate ID;
   • Application ID;
   • Job Requisition ID.

This information can be found in the Onboarding Process Object (available in Manage Data), by running a report in Reporting or manually reviewing the candidate in RCM. In this KBA we will check this information in the Onboarding process object. In order to consult these values, you must have the Onboarding process ID. That can be found in BPE Monitor or in the URL of the new hire data review activity. 

Note: If Hire Status is set as Hired, no information is going to be displayed

• Once you have this information can go to Manage Data and search for the Process Trigger Object:

• Now, go to Provisioning > Suite Integration Test Page and fill out the below query (remove the additional ones) with the details from your candidate and click in Get Data from RCM or ONB
