2917457 - Error saving time type - You can not assign leave of absence for absence where end date is not known

You get an error "You can not assign leave of absence for absence where end date is not known" when you change the "Undetermined End Dates Allowed field", to Yes for LOA time type

• SAP Successfactors Employee Central

1. Go to Manage Time Off Structures.
2. Open the relevant LOA time type and choose Take Action Make Correction.
3. In the Undetermined End Dates Allowed field, choose Yes.
4. SAVE
5. You get the error "You can not assign leave of absence for absence where end date is not known"

This is expected behavior

You cannot use Undermined End date feature in leave of absence scenarios.
