2917490 - Error: Value 7000 is Missing in Accounting Principle. Restore Value Before Finish Scoping

You are unable to unscope IFRS GAAP, even though it is not assigned to any set of books and fixed asset valuation views have been deleted. 
 
Error: Value 7000 is missing in Accounting Principle. Restore Value before finish scoping.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Click on Implementation Projects view
3. Click on Edit Project Scope view
4. Click on Next until 5 Review

A possible cause is that the net fine tuning refers to accounting principle 7000 which is is related to IFRS. When unscoping IFRS, the accounting principle 7000 would be unscoped. But the net fine tuning is still in place. The system becomes inconsistent. Therefore, the unscoping is prevented as long as the net fine tuning is in place.

You need to delete the following entries that refer to the accounting principle 7000 and then you can unscope the IFRS:

1. Go Business Configuration work center
2. Click on Implementation Projects view
3. Select the relevant implementation projects
4. Click on Open Activity List
5. Search for the activity Settings for Income Statements by Function of Expense and Earned Profit Analysis
6. Click on Edit Functional Area Determination
