2917813 - Time Account Postings Shown as Bookable From and Bookable To in the Future Year

You have recorded time under a specific Time Type for the current year. However, in the Account Postings section under Employee Times, it shows 'Bookable From' and 'Bookable To' dates in the future year.

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Enter the Employees view.
3. Search for the Employee and click on Edit.
4. Navigate to Employee Times.
5. Select the required entry.
6. Under Details: Account Postings show Bookable From and Bookable To in the future year.

The cause for the issue is that the Posting Type is not defined for the Time Accounts in the fine tuning activity for Time Types.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Enter the Overview view.
3. Search for Time Types - X and open it (Where X represents the country).
4. Open Maintain Employee Time Types.
5. Select the relevant Time Type.
6. Go to Time Account Posting tab.
7. Choose the Posting Type as either Accrual or Deduction. Apply the same configuration for those Time Accounts where the time is posting in the future year.
8. Following this setup, execute the Administrative Day Closure run for all employees.

Time will be posted to respective Time Accounts based on Bookable From and To.
