How to export WFA Users and their roles from the system?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics

Resolution

It is required to access the User Maintenance and go to the Export to Excel option as per below:

Complete steps:

  1. Access the report center
  2. Create a new Canvas report 
  3. Go to the Analytics admin on the top right hand side of the screen
  4. Go to user maintenance
  5. Load all the users and select the export to excel option.
