2917960 - Silent Deactivation of Service Content Update Causes Regression to EarlyWatch Alert Content

• The EWA report contains outdated recommendations. Fixes to the EWA that have been confirmed by SAP to be shipped already, are missing.
• On the cover page of the EWA report, the description 'Service Content Update On' is not listed.
• In table DSVASSESSPACK, no entry exists for BUNDLE_VERSNR 50048.
• In table DSVASSESSADMIN, relevant sessions are shown with BUNDLE_VERS of 00048 (ST-SER) and not 50048 (Service Content Update).

Side effect can include but not limited to erroneous message regarding backbone connection to SAP.

Example: System XXX is not prepared for SAP Support Backbone update. Enable Solution Manager 7.2 XXX to connect with HTTPS to SAP.
