2918154 - HTML Mashups Are Not Available Within The Add Mashups List (Only URL Mashups Are Available)

You would like to add a HTML Mashup to the screen, but only URL Mashups are available in the list of Mashups.

This scenario can apply to different Thing Inspectors of different BOs, in this example we use the Accounts TI.

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Open the Accounts TI.
3. Start Adaptation.
4. Navigate to where you would like to add the Mashup.
5. Click Add Mashup in the Adaptation side panel.
6. Notice that only URL Mashups are available in the list. 

HTML Mashups can only be added to View level in the Adaptation side panel.

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Open the Accounts TI.
3. Start Adaptation.
4. Navigate to the where you would like to add the Mashup.
5. Go to the View level in the Adaptation side panel.
6. Click Add Mashup.
