Symptom
You are trying to edit the Owner field in the Account OWL but it is not possible.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Customer's work centre
- Open the Account OWL
- Click the pencil icon to go into edit mode
- You see that the Owner field, among others, is not editable.
Resolution
The 'Owner' field is not contained in the list of editable fields in the OWL for technical reasons, and will likely stay excluded for the forseeable future. Please use the TI to edit this field.
