2918166 - Transport Request Activation fails

The activation of a Transport Request fails in Target tenant with the error:

"Cannot create business role 'XYZ' as it already exists"

1. Prepare a Transport Request (TR) through Transport Management in the Administration work centre.
2. Assemble and transport the TR in the source tenant.
3. Attempt to activate the TR in the target tenant.
4. Activation fails with an error (for example, above in the case of Business Roles).

The option to update an existing object in a target tenant is not provided for the following objects:

• Business Roles
• Local Form Templates
• Templates

The only option aside from updating the object manually in the target tenant would be to delete the object in the target tenant before transport.
