Reproducing the Issue
When you want to post a job posting on the school, you need to select one contract type.
Cause
Each school can offer different kind of job ads to their students.
- Job ads for those who are in school at that moment to help the students to find an Internship or Apprenticeship.
- Job ads for a "First Job" meaning just after graduating or summer job. Usually jobs that don't require years of experience.
- Job ads for Alumni platform so that students who graduated in the past could connect and find some job offers. Usually requires more years of experience.
But most schools offer more than one kind of job ads to their students. So when you choose either one, you might usually see the same schools appear.
It is the school that communicated with our integration team what kind of job ads they accept and present to their students.
Resolution
Select the category that corresponds to your Job offer.
Internship or Apprenticeship if it is this type of contract you are looking for.
First Job if the job doesn't require a lot of years of experience.
Alumni if the job requires more experience.
This way, you have more chance that your selection of schools are going to pass the filter selection which happens between step 2 and step 3 of posting a job in Recruiting Posting.
